The Adam B. Weinstein Foundation was started in 2006?as a way?to help encourage others to donate to a Foundation that has similar goals and outlooks as?I do.
About 60% of all giving to date has gone towards religious organizations, focusing on outreach and development both in the United States and Worldwide. The remaining 40% goes towards global needs, childrens? needs and local needs.?
The Foundation has granted over $100,000 since December 2006. All administrative costs are borne directly by me.
The Foundation does not?only contribute money, but I also spend a?significant amount of my free time working in various capacities with some of the same organizations that the Foundation supports.
I currently sit on the Board of Directors of Chabad of Queens College?and Hillel at Binghamton.??
